Freight Policy

Waterskiers World and Ski Surf & Snow are for a limited time offering free freight on all purchases to the AUSTRALIAN MAINLAND ONLY.

We use Fastways couriers for large parcels and some small satchels and Australia Post for some small parcels and post packs. If you live in an area that is outside the delivery zone of fastways we will notify you and an alternative freight company can be used but may result in a freight charge.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location but will usually be made within 1 to 5 days of purchase. For exact delivery times please contact us. Free freight is available on original purchase only. Please make sure someone will be at the delivery address to collect the parcel. A delivery charge may be incured if no one is available to take delivery (not required for posted parcells).

Please ensure that you check all parcels before signing for them. Once you have signed for your order you have agreed that all items were delivered in good order.

Return & Refund Policy

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase along with proof of purchase. All products purchased are covered by manufactures warranty which varies from item to item but is usually 12 months.

Faulty products still under warranty will be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the situation and manufactures specifications.

Please choose carefully as Waterskiers World & Ski Surf and Snow do not refund if you change your mind or have made an incorrect choice ( please contact our friendly staff if you have any concerns with your choice before purchase ). We will however usually offer a store credit or exchange of items as long as the product is in original packaging and condition and returned within the above stated time frame.

Freight costs for the return of all goods is to be met by the customer. The customer must contact the store of purchase before any returns are made.
